Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Utilize Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Development, and Compensation. We are using SAP SuccessFactors to improve and evolve the employee and candidate experience. The transition to SAP SuccessFactors enabled our managers and employees to have greater efficiencies in core HR processes, converting from previously manual steps to integrated and easy-to-use systems to support the evolution of Human Experience in the workforce.

- New functionality can have bugs/issues that becomes an issue for the customer to resolve
- The SAP Support portal is difficult to maneuver and find the information you are really after
- Improved employee experience
- Removal of formally manual steps and processes
- Reporting ability
We don't yet use any business rules, but we look forward to moving to this in the future!
