Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We currently use SAP SuccessFactors's Learning, Performance, and Goals. I am my department’s admin for learning. Learning allows us to track and create training for our various positions and divisions. However, for a lot of our employees, it can be confusing. On the admin side, it is not the most user-friendly LMS that I have worked with, and things that should seem to be intuitive aren’t that way.
  • Allows for tracking
  • Easy to create courses
  • Reporting is not as robust or customizable as it should be.
  • Blended courses should be set up where you can have an either/or option for completing the different items.
  • Employees are more engaged with their learning and development
  • We’ve been able to show our employees the benefits of continued learning and earn their trust
We are better able to tailor our offering to each department.

If you need an LMS right now, but you don’t need it to be very robust, it is a great option. If you are looking for something similar to a higher education LMS, you may want more than what SAP SuccessFactors offers. Overall, it depends on what your company needs.
