Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use Recruiting/Recruiting marketing, Compensation and LMS modules in our organization.
Those modules are addressing the real needs to the point based up on the business requirements.
It is also flexible interms of configuring and enabling to catering our needs to address the business requirements.

Cons

  • Need to have the transports being created when changing the configuration in Staging environment so that it can be easily moved to the Production environment
  • Provisioning access should be given to the client to handle ourselves
  • Out of the box payroll and time management modules are needed
  • Employee satisfaction

  • Time savings
We are having a few Integration to ON-Prem ERP, Third Party Vendor, With Other modules and all are very Satisfied.
All the compliance and very well handled especially when we have business in multiple countries.
