Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SuccessFactors allows us to house nearly all of our employees' data in one place and we are able to start collecting that data from initial application to termination. Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Talent Development. All in one system. As Compensation Manager I review and approve all offers that come through SuccessFactors. I'm able to review candidate resumes as well as current employees' experience and current compensation in order to ensure we are making fair and equitable offer proposals to new hires.

- SuccessFactors could be improved by making it usable on mobile in an easier fashion

SAP SuccessFactors was more user friendly and we felt it better aligned with our company's current structure and our company's future strategy. Employee engagement is very important to us and we feel SAP SuccessFactors allows our employees to have more access to company data and gives HR the ability to track employee experience.
