Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SuccessFactors to recruit, hire, onboard employees as well as ongoing education of the employee population.

Pros

  • Ability to be mobile friendly
  • Ease of candidate management
  • Ability to work with 3rd party vendors

Cons

  • Ability to make application questions dynamic
  • Ability to make paragraphs into tokens for the offer letters
  • Better reporting
  • Ability to track payroll
