Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SuccessFactors as our system of record throughout the organization. It is imperative we have a system that is easily accessible and organized to be user friendly.
  • well setup RBP permissions to insure data governance and security of sensitive data.
  • Connectivity between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central needs improvement from a reporting aspect.
