Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors is used a centralized HCM system that acts as the core system for managing employees’ data and planning for employee events such as merit cycle, bonuses, benefits, objectives and performance. It is part of the SAP suite that has moved to the cloud. We use the system in over 30 countries around the world.

I still don’t see the ease of integration. Always need resources to help.
It’s the bar for entry. We would not be with them if they did not do this successfully.

It is well suited for larger organizations that have resources to support a cloud application of this magnitude. The configuration is detailed and flexible, but that flexibility comes with a higher level of support. I would not use the system at a company lees than 5000 employees.
