Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP Successfactors internally to manage our HR-related activities. From courses, time tracking, and succession planning to Monthly reviews, everything is happening here. It is easily modifiable, and that's the best part of it. Moreover, as this is an industry-leading software, it is really easy to get support from various experts.

SAP’s global compliance standards and localization ability are very good. We never faced any critical issues regarding compliance or policy while using the software. Also, the localization features were good, and seeing the difference between various markets and industries, has allowed great flexibility and focused more on local usefulness of the product.
