Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP Successfactors internally to manage our HR-related activities. From courses, time tracking, and succession planning to Monthly reviews, everything is happening here. It is easily modifiable, and that's the best part of it. Moreover, as this is an industry-leading software, it is really easy to get support from various experts.

Being the industry leader, the integration of SAP with other products and services was a very smooth process. We were able to receive the help required in the time available and completed our development and deployment in time. Moreover, our requirements kept on changing, and it was very easy to start fresh or maybe improve the old ones.
SAP’s global compliance standards and localization ability are very good. We never faced any critical issues regarding compliance or policy while using the software. Also, the localization features were good, and seeing the difference between various markets and industries, has allowed great flexibility and focused more on local usefulness of the product.

It is not very well suited for a highly dynamic company. Suppose it's a startup, and your job is to just be everywhere and work as a generalist, and there are people like you in the company; it'll be hard to monitor and track those people in terms of constant updates regarding their roles and performance.
