In My Opinion, There's Room for Improvement
Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors helps manage onboarding paperwork sent to candidates. It's easy to view if the candidate has completed the paperwork or not. We do not use this tool for recruiting anymore but have within the past year. This was used previously as an applicant tracking system to manage candidates and make offers when ready. We also use this tool for our performance measurement. We input goals and our manager responds.
Pros
- Allow you to see what stage the candidate is in with their Onboarding paperwork
- Allows users to resend onboarding paperwork to candidates as needed
- A good way to communicate your goals and have manager response to them
Cons
- The system all together is very slow compared to others
- It is not visually pleasing and needs updates
- Better automation of tasks (staging candidates)
- Easier accessibility to onboarding paperwork review
I am not aware of the global compliance standards and localization ability aspects of SAP SuccessFactors.
