Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I have used SAP SuccessFactors more from Analytics point of view, extracting and reporting on data coming from SuccessFactors in SAP Analytics Cloud. Used it mainly for processes around core HR, Onboarding, Learning, and Analytics processes. Data from workforce analytics used for deriving trends in work force management, employee life cycle, compensations etc.
  • Streamlined access to HR data which can be used for deriving insights using SAP Analytics Cloud
  • End to end and seamless integration with SAP eco system and integration with other Microsoft solutions
  • Great learning experience for employees on SAP SuccessFactors platform
  • Implementing some of the complex functionalities need sound learning from the users. It can be overwhelming at times.
  • Email notifications delay - Post go-live, many users complained about email notifications not coming instantly to their mailboxes. Needed to dig deeper to understand the configuration to get rid of the issue.
  • Compatibility issues with learning modules on mobile devices
  • End to end and seamless integration with other processes increased productivity
  • Increase in user satisfaction

Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and visualization is just great. On top of that, organizations HR data could be easily integrated with third party data to generate meaningful insights around HR trends, current sentiments, payroll insights comparing with industry standards. Integration with Microsoft eco system like Outlook etc worked great for our clients.
I wasn't part of the team maintaining compliances for HR functions but knowing SAP's expertise in this area, I have no doubt all the compliance needs, both local as well as global, would be met with the solutions SAP provides.

The easy to use interface and visualization experience for people using SAP SuccessFactors is one of the best in the competition. Many of the day to day operations could be done on the go without logging in into laptops and it works seamlessly. Analytics on data that gets generated can also be used very effectively in the module itself. Further integration with SAP Analytics Cloud opens up the possibilities of integrating HR data with other data sources from external world to derive meaningful and timely insights which helps take informed decisions.
