we use SF for learning and performance reviews

Pros

  • central location
  • metrics for performance
  • easy way to enter objectives and KPIs

Cons

  • report extraction has been an issue for me.
  • improved employee engagement in corporate goals
i'm not sure how it integrates with other products
it took a while for the adoption rate to increase but once that happened it was smooth
