Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

For all of HR. Employee Central, Learning, Performance, and Recruiting.

Pros

  • Integration with Mini-Master
  • Learning management integration with SCORM
  • Performance Goals

Cons

  • Recruiting - Need help with job descriptions
  • Performance - Need leveling review at the management level to make sure that we don't have too many people with higher reviews. Need a bell curve fit of performance and hence need to raise or lower the mid point to get the bell curve.
BOOMI was bad, but BTP is much better.
Did BoomI first and it was very customized. Moving to BTP with package was easier and we have lots of integrations to Active Directory , etc. not just SAP.
