Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Quick summaryCompleted implementation for 7 to 8 SAP SF Modules within a 3+years plan. A couple of constraints, but it is still good. Problems encountered were always on how to map/gel or fine-tune business processes into SAP SuccessFactors without much customization. How to ensure ever.

Based on my understanding, Connectors are there to perform integration between different SAP SF modules, and with that, it is easily monitored. I have done the SAP SF Integration with a 3rd party system; it requires or involves more effort to plan, discuss and decide on requirements/designs and testing before go-live.
SAP SF implementation experience can be somehow tedious and tiring, but after go-live, it can be fulfilling.

We are currently using the SAP SF Vanilla version. Recommended to 70% Standard and 30% Customizable during system implementation. Hard for the company to tweak around to suit the system.
