Fairly easy to integrate.
Oracle has much better analytics, predictive analytics, instantaneous analytics based on keywords, extensive list of prepopulated reports.

Need an easier reporting tool and better analytics. Analytics tools are very time-consuming to produce data. Reporting is very complex.
