Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is used to have a centralized HR system across the company to have a single view and standardize HR processes. Currently regional countries are having their own local HR solutions and that doesn't give a one single view or accurate data.
Pros
- Easy entering of the data and easy maintenance
- Dashboards for pulling out the reports for various elements
- Integration with other applications
Cons
- SAP SuccessFactors require to build AI features in their recruiting module. Clients are looking for advanced features for resume screening and matching, and that is missing.
- It's primarily the decommissioning of legacy systems and helping HR with the info at their fingertips.
We have seen the platform to be a little wobbly. After the new release few things broke and really had to follow-up with the SAP team to provide the fix.
Workday was quite comparable, and SAP SuccessFactors was chosen more of the SAP brand and assuming the support that will be extended by the SAP team.
