We currently have Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and Onboarding which has provided a full eco-system for our HR teams, allowing for a successful experience for our employees.
We had the opportunity to work with an amazing SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner who has allowed us to make this transition with our teams smooth and successful.
While we're still implementing Onboarding it has so far been a great experience seeing how all our systems will integrate providing our employees with a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
