Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use it to replace InfoHR, which did not have recruitment or onboarding modules in it. It helps mostly with the onboarding as we don't have anything that the onboardee can use as it was all manual from HR. Recruitment has been very helpful as well as again, this was all manual for us before SAP SuccessFactors.

- If an employee moves on from HR to another dept they still see recruitment
- We need to do more training to HR staff to make them understand this.
SAP SuccessFactors has been good with all the support but again, our consultant has been a little tough to deal with, so it is hard to answer this question to differentiate between the two.
They did not proceed with the RFP.
