Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it for most HR functionality - including payroll, recruiting, performance, goals, compensation. It allows us to streamline our processes systematically

  • Customer support for tickets
  • In my experience, the modules aren't all consistent since they were different platforms bought by SAP and plugged into the SAP SuccessFactors experience (i.e. learning and onboarding)

  • self service and manager self service
There are some systems it integrates well with, but we've had some trouble getting APIs to connect properly with certain systems (i.e. phenom)
I was not personally part of the implementation process.

Yes

Very well suited for customization to meet our business needs. However, in my opinion, the UI is not always super user friendly to the end user. In my opinion, there is also many areas where things could be built out more, but since some needed functionality is not there, we have to integrate external systems (for example, we just implemented Phenom for recruiting because it allows for seamless SMS capabilities, a better interview scheduling experience, etc)
