Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use it for most HR functionality - including payroll, recruiting, performance, goals, compensation. It allows us to streamline our processes systematically
- Customization
- Global scale
- Ability to integrate well with other systems
- Rolling out functionality that is not fully built out
- Customer support for tickets
- In my experience, the modules aren't all consistent since they were different platforms bought by SAP and plugged into the SAP SuccessFactors experience (i.e. learning and onboarding)
- automated approval workflows
- better visibility
- self service and manager self service
