Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SuccessFactors as the primary HRIS for our HR service needs. It allows us to easily house employee data and connect with other systems outside of SAP products.

I was not part of the implementation.
We actually use UKG Dimensions as our timekeeping system. We have found the flow of EC data into the timekeeping system relatively easy. In my opinion, I think both systems face challenges with user-friendliness, but I have used UKG products for years and SAP SuccessFactors for less than a year.
