Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors as the primary HRIS for our HR service needs. It allows us to easily house employee data and connect with other systems outside of SAP products.

  • Creating reports could be more robust
  • I am new to the organization and do not have these statistics to provide.
In my brief experience, the system communicates well between outside vendors as well as other SAP products.
I was not part of the implementation.
We actually use UKG Dimensions as our timekeeping system. We have found the flow of EC data into the timekeeping system relatively easy. In my opinion, I think both systems face challenges with user-friendliness, but I have used UKG products for years and SAP SuccessFactors for less than a year.

SAP SuccessFactors is well-suited for large, global organizations. In my opinion, I think the ease of report creation could be improved.
