Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We just started using it for recruitment, onboarding, and EC. It is part of our digital transformation phase.

Pros

  • Shows employee data on same page
  • Extendible to latest technology like AI
  • Have hood Org mgmt. graphics

Cons

  • Automatic update back and forth between Organizational and Employee data
  • Enhance business rules that can go across Org and Employee objects
  • Better Integration center with automatic authorization built in
  • Improved HR experience
Have not done any such integration yet.
Cost and relatively easy integration with existing SAP products.

It is well suited for recruitment to Onboarding to EC built as a seamless experience. With other modules, such as Payroll, time, we have to rely on integration.
