I use it to recruit. They help get us candidates in one place.

Pros

  • Captures candidates in one place
  • Gives us buckets to put in candidate status
  • Helps us send decline emails quickly

Cons

  • The thumbs up thumbs down person is annoying and many people skip it
  • Better reporting
  • Paste and cut job descriptions the formatting is not good
  • Compliance
  • Reporting
  • Candidate tracking
We haven’t had anything but DocuSign.
It was years ago, and we bought a ton of products that we didn’t know we purchased.
