Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use the product as our centralized Global HRIS system of record. 50+ locations, 10 countries and 18,000+ employees. It enables us to see at a glance who is where, report on employee FTE and track training and the entire employee life cycle. It is also at the core of our Human Capital digital transformation strategy.

Ease of use, good UI, seamless integration, country-specific nuances, industry solutions and a solid understanding of Human Resources business processes. The weave of modules in a seamless integration to align with current best practices in Human Resources as well as it being flexible and scalable enough to quickly react to and adopt new practices sets it apart.
We have and continue to consider AI capabilities within SuccessFactors HCM. To this end, we have set up a Governance committee to review areas of efficiency that will benefit from using AI.
SAP SuccessFactors has Workday beat hands down! The intuitive ease of use, better UI and robust integration make this a better product in my view.

SAP SuccessFactors is a fully integrated HR System with best of breed functionalities and solutions that support the entire employee life cycle. The full and seamless integration of all modules pulling from the Employee Central database of employee data without the need for added APIs and plug-ins is a huge plus.

Using SAP SuccessFactors HCM

All of our business functions use SuccessFactors as our global HR System of record, as employees. The employees cut across all departments within the organization. Administration, Flexible Metals Group, Metallics, Aluminum and Fluids in 58 locations spread across 10 countries in 4 continents. We use the Human Resources Employee Central Module, Succession planning, Performance Management, reporting and Learning Management System.
1 - Very strong interpersonal people management skills with excellent listening, good grasp of the overall HR business subject area in order to understand sometimes complex requirements or not too well explained requirements. A solid grasp of the various SuccessFactors functionalities also helps to ensure that technical customized changes are the last option especially where there are configuration functionalities that can simply be turned on to attain better results.

As a long standing SAP HR/HCM/HXM user, i am very pleased with the redeveloped UI and the additional functionalities SAP has deployed over the years. SAP has been very proactive and reactive in a very timely manner in ensuring that the SuccessFactors platform continues to be a best of breed solution and it is so well entrenched in my organization that i do not see any need to not renew whatsoever. We love the product and it very well meets our organizational needs in all area.
