It enables us to see at a glance who is where, report on employee FTE and track training and the entire employee life cycle. It is also at the core of our Human Capital digital transformation strategy.

SAP SuccessFactors has Workday beat hands down! The intuitive ease of use, better UI and robust integration make this a better product in my view.

Using SAP SuccessFactors HCM
All of our business functions use SuccessFactors as our global HR System of record, as employees. The employees cut across all departments within the organization. Administration, Flexible Metals Group, Metallics, Aluminum and Fluids in 58 locations spread across 10 countries in 4 continents. We use the Human Resources Employee Central Module, Succession planning, Performance Management, reporting and Learning Management System.
1 - Very strong interpersonal people management skills with excellent listening, good grasp of the overall HR business subject area in order to understand sometimes complex requirements or not too well explained requirements. A solid grasp of the various SuccessFactors functionalities also helps to ensure that technical customized changes are the last option especially where there are configuration functionalities that can simply be turned on to attain better results.
