Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
I recently had the opportunity to work with SAP SuccessFactors, and
unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the platform
boasts a comprehensive suite of human capital management solutions, in my opinion, the
user interface (UI) and the Career Site Builder (CSB) were major pain
points that significantly impacted usability. I think the platform's failure to provide a user-friendly and developer-friendly
environment poses a significant hurdle for organizations looking to
leverage its capabilities effectively. Also the reason why we remove the SAP's Job board is that it's diability to post jobs directly on LinkedIn. Until these issues are addressed and the platform undergoes a
much-needed modernization, it may be worthwhile for prospective users to
explore alternative solutions that better align with contemporary
expectations.

Developers on our team faced a steep learning curve when attempting to
work with the Career Site Builder. I think the lack of clear documentation and
unintuitive design made it difficult for them to understand the
underlying structure and make the necessary customizations. This, in
turn, led to a frustrating development process, resulting in a
less-than-ideal implementation of our career site.
