Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
The biggest issue is with employee turnover and people not using the product correctly. We have a multitude of business rules to guide the end user to follow the process correctly, but it seems we never have enough. The current system is very rules-driven which causes issues with management self service and employee self service.
