Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The biggest issue is with employee turnover and people not using the product correctly. We have a multitude of business rules to guide the end user to follow the process correctly, but it seems we never have enough. The current system is very rules-driven which causes issues with management self service and employee self service.

We integrate HR data from SAP SuccessFactors into every part of our business. The integration center has proved to be a great product. It is generally failsafe and easy to use.
Implementation of most SAP SuccessFactors products has gone well generally time and money limiting the greatest ROI.

SAP SuccessFactors has met our business needs in most cases. We have had extreme difficulty with HRIS sync and Replication to on premise.
