Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it to manage employee information, track time, LMS and Performance Mgmt.

Pros

  • All in one data repository
  • Intuitive

Cons

  • To be able to transport changes from test environment to PRD
  • A more detailed info on each fields and where to go for configurations (like SAP ECC SPRO)
  • To be able to copy employees from PRD to test environment
  • Improved employee experience
  • Automation of tasks
We use integration center and easy to manage.
Not included in the implementation.
They are both SAP products so the integration is good.
