Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Foundational enabler for Talent processes, accommodating both Talent and other functions.

  • Increased adoption of technology and data
Integration capabilities are up to par, but could be improved. Especially around capacity/volume, deletions, out of the box / native integration capabilities (flexibility).
Overall good experience working both with SAP and integration partners.
