Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use EC,PMGM,Compensation, Position management and implementing Onb now.

Pros

  • UI is good
  • PMGM is streamlined

Cons

  • Sync between various SF modules
  • Data flow between different modules
  • Productivity has increased
We have more than 50 integrations that runs out of SF
