Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it to habilitate HR processes for productivity and effectiveness by connecting everything in one central system searching a great user experience in both our customers HR people and the collaborators.

In my opinion, it’s not that easy. I've found the reality of the power point vs implementation has a higher gap.
We have to put a lot of specialists and in my experience, it’s no that easy to implement and connect with other systems is legacy.
