Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The compensation and EC are critical modules and work amazingly.

  • Ever green reqs
  • More hands on learning - maybe pre recorded of the different modules
  • All data in centralized place
  • Ability to regionalize data
  • Great HR experience
It’s great to have a standard and to be able to customize based on the needs of the business.
I think sap integration is standard however it is who you choose as your implementation partner that makes a difference.
