Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP Successfactors is our primary HR system for supporting employees from onboarding and all through their stay with us. We also use it to manage all employees' files. It has been very central in contributing to the growth of teams and smooth management of the company.
  • Most functions are centralized in the console.
  • Easy to use once you get the hang of it.
  • Impressive payroll processing
  • It generates clustered reports that aren't visually optimized. It forces us to have a different software for this
  • Our biggest ROI yet is the great flexibility for HR due to the ability to streamline most functions.
It is integrated with SAP core and Payroll in our organization. The two work like a charm.

There isn't a major HR function that I would say is missing. The SAP SF suite is a complete package for HR teams. It however has the bit of a learning curve like most software which I personally struggled with while starting out.
