  • Product Support is slow to reply and sometimes appears to not have read the information provided in the ticket
  • Background elements on people profiles have limited functionality and need a major upgrade
  • Move more provisioning features to configuration

Replication to SAP SuccessFactors can be very complex.
It was long but that was due to our complex existing system. The consultants were great and the system in general was easy to configure.

SAP SuccessFactors has a clean employee view of data, and offers a wide range of functionality to support mid-size to large companies. Its Succession functionality is limited in the ability to customize, however I’ve had great experiences with Employee Central, Goals and Performance and Platform base functionality.
