We use SAP SuccessFactors to manage our core HR data. There aren't any significant challenges that we have experienced thus far that we can't manage internally or with our AMS partner

Have a scan feature that allows admin to track the usage of when specific fields are used within business rules would minimize duplication efforts, specifically when working with your AMS partner as there is an opportunity for turnover without knowledge transfer between consultants
- A clearer understanding of RBP's as it relates to different needs when reporting, example - how layering RBP's can slow down dashboard loads with story reports.
