Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SuccessFactors for most of our HR related processes.. We often experience that implementing new functionality is time-consuming mainly due to lack of knowledge.. It's difficult to find skilled employees

Due to lack of skilled employees we were dependant on external consultants whcih was timeconsuming and expensive
