Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Internal training and HR management, employee performance evaluation, We also use it to do the employee training, new hire training, PMO training, and security training. The product really make the training module creation very easy, everyone loved it. We are use it in all opcos and across enterprise worldwide. It is a great product.

it is a great product and offers a lot of capabilities and features, its really easy a lot of HR tasks, the training capability is really great and superior, however, the report creation and access is not as we expected but might work well for some middle size organizations with simpler organizational structure.
Localized cloud platform is really helps for the globe company and enhance the performance, easy the growth or reorganization and acquisition efforts. It is easy to ally and standardize the core HR processes, Training capability realy boosting employee productivity via targeted training module to address each individual needs and goal for the time.
We are in the POC process to use AI for new hire training and performance evaluation with AI . we will plan to use AI to screen applications and pay scale market research to ensure our employee are appropriately paid. Based on training results, we will use AI for suggested follow up trainings for employee
The training capability provided with SF are better than others, the cost are more reasonable than others; the distributed cloud located are preferred to us then others; most important , the Success Factor easy to use compare to others; we have been use it for a while and have more support resources, and everyone are used to use it than others

Great interactive tutor capabilities: security training, company policy training, information security training, and HR policy training, performance evaluation and management, operational procedure training , to create training module based on business needs and changes, security alerts training based on cyber security needs and environment changes and movements, business conduct and ethic training.
