Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SuccessFactors for our entire HR technology suite. Following the whole employee life from hire to termination, SuccessFactors is our total employee experience.

Cons

  • Improved reporting resources and capabilities within the SuccessFactors Suit to accelerate organizational adoption journeys
  • Easier to navigate release notes, especially around large-scale changes that come during the Bi-annual release. Lots of the recures are great, btu I often find there's missing pieces or additional changes not included in the various release notes that cause delays in testing.
  • Improved Employee Experience
  • More complete and complex data tracking and global compliance
SF is very user friendly, with simplified front end interfaces.
We are just starting on our AI journey, but SF provides great resources and case studies on what is possible for AI

SuccessFactors is excellent for large complex organizations that require very specialized design. We cover 28 countries and are easily able to adapt SF for all or locations. The high robust but customizable solutions within SF really have allowed us to grow and great a more integrated and cohesive employee experience.
