Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is useful in various ways like Application and management of leaves, Personal information management, Attendance managements. The Major Business problem it addressed is all Human resource related work we do not need to visit HR office and complete from Home by using mobile applications. Its scope of usage is broader with many inbuilt functionality like performance management and training management.

Pros

  • Employee services is managed from any time and any where.
  • Leave application and tracking become easy.
  • Person are well aware about company policy due to availability of all policy within SAP SuccessFactors HCM.

Cons

  • Its user interface is complex and difficult for new user.
  • It integration with other than SAP software is difficult.
  • Mobile application having limited functionality than desktop version.
  • Employee user experience improved and organisation image built.
  • Regulatory compliance enhanced.
  • Define KPI are achieved due to continuous tracking.
Considering Its simple user interface and balanced functionality, I would like to give it 8 out of 10. It offers wide range of functionality that are beneficial for employee and HR which in turn increased employee engagement. SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a valuable asset for employee point of view as it reduced manual work.
I have not experienced AI related features of SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
AI Capabilities if implemented will enhance efficiency and effectiveness during goal setting and performance management cycle which helpful for employees to select goal from standard library, drafting of goal and improvement suggestion to achieve Key performance indicators and KRA. This, in turn, reduced manual tasks and improved overall processes.
I have no experienced other than SAP SuccessFactors HCM.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is well suited for organisation having complex organisation structure with large number of employee across the region. It is least suitable for organisation having limited number of employees as it is expensive to afford for smaller organisations and less suitable for organisation whose requirement of customisation is more.

The comprehensive usage are like leave management, attendance tracking, performance evaluation and man power handling. which useful for efficient implementation of company policies and manpower handling.
7 - At Intas pharma, we have dedicated in house team of 07 information technology person who providing ongoing support for SAP success factor HCM. This team expertise and includes technical expertise of software who ensure smooth operations, continuous improvement and is any issue arise for functionality they resolve it on site.

It can be accessible from any time and from any where through mobile device make our functions easy during outdoor duty.
