Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM Onboarding, Recruitment and EC for employee management and are implementing ECP

  • All history available in a very nice way
Because I'm quite happy with SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
We've enabled employees to chang specific personal data, saving a lot of time.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is very easy to extend with custom fields, the data can be send to other systems easily via OData API's.

The thing not so good is the fact that SAP SuccessFactors HCM can't do complicated calculations we need.
