Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

All the HR Masterdata is stored in SAP SuccessFactors HCM or most of it. We use it for Hire processes, managing employees masterdata, promotions and so on...

Pros

  • Overwiev of the employees materdata and company structure
  • Hire process
  • Promotion process

Cons

  • I can see less data than in ERP system where we have data replicated
  • I can not see timeslices for the data im interested
  • Sometimes it is not that intuitive
  • It is helping me a lot in the recruitment processes.
  • It is much easier to manage employees ´salaries, promotions and so on
It is easy to use. Some features could work better but in general it is very good tool.
It works really well. I think most of our HR department and managers are satisfied usinf SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
It could help in the recruitment processes. In giving scores to the employees some summary based on the feedback. It could help automate standard daily processes.

In general it is easy to use (could be better). All the informations are in one place and they are much easier to read comparing to ERP ECC.
Some detailed data are still visible better in ERP ECC.
