  • great tool to support hr processes
  • quite intuitive for me as a user
  • good for performance management
I like the tool, helps my operations as employee
yes, from the perspective of employee.
I would see following areas:
helping to find profiles for succession (although my org. doesn't use it)
Job description generation
candidates analysis for recruiting managers
both tools are good
