My organization uses SAP Success Factor HCM for attendance, leave, and performance management. The system useful for data driven decision making in my organisation. It reduces the time needed to set goals for appraisal completion and leaves approval and management through the automated workflow. It enhance image of organisation with transparent work flow of Appraisal cycle.

- Attendance regularisation and it approval time reduced.

- Workflow need to updated as multiple functionality create confusion to user.
- Goal setting interface need to update as it is complex.
- Customisation need to provide as per our requirements.
- It enhance employee satisfaction and user experience.
- It reduced time of approval activity as compare to manual application.
- We could complete task from anywhere and anytime.
