Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

My organization uses SAP Success Factor HCM for attendance, leave, and performance management. The system useful for data driven decision making in my organisation. It reduces the time needed to set goals for appraisal completion and leaves approval and management through the automated workflow. It enhance image of organisation with transparent work flow of Appraisal cycle.

  • Employee profile management and data management.
  • Attendance regularisation and it approval time reduced.

Cons

  • Workflow need to updated as multiple functionality create confusion to user.
  • Goal setting interface need to update as it is complex.
  • Customisation need to provide as per our requirements.
  • It enhance employee satisfaction and user experience.
  • It reduced time of approval activity as compare to manual application.
  • We could complete task from anywhere and anytime.
I give a 9 rating due to its positive impact on business goals. Its ability to enhance employee engagement through an intuitive self-service portal has improved satisfaction and retention. By automating tasks such as performance management, productivity has soared, enabling teams to focus on more strategic roles. The platform’s flexibility allows for quick adjustments to compensation plans and workflows.

Yet, for smaller businesses or those with basic HR needs, it may prove too complex and costly as it is challenging to maintain, and the initial cost is too high.
