Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We are using SAP SuccessFactors HCM tool for attandance, payroll, Leave requests and all major employee related activities. It helps IR team to run the payroll easily for every employee and maintain the record in system and also helps in providing other benefits like child education support, LTA etc through this system and maintain the leave data avaibale to every employee.

It helps our HR team to track the orginzational changes and show the status to managmenet what will be the changes required in coming years. In this portal, seniors can see their juniors techstack which helps them to know which individual is good in which things. It also helps to see the management of every employee.
We have plan to make our hiring process more smooth with AI. We want to link our hiring process with naukri and linkedin etc. so that anyone can apply for job in our orginzation and AI will filter the CV's for HR so that they can hire person who has similiar capabilities required for job and increase the productivity in orginzation.
Our whole orginzation data is in SAP ECC and we have to link that data with our new system and SAP SuccessFactors HCM has only the capability to integrate with SAP ECC. so we use this tool for creating Employee Central system for our orginzation and now it is easy for us too, to migrate data from SAP ECC to SAP SF.
