Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM company wide. Its our primary HR app, for employee info, attendance and performance management. We dont use it for payroll as it is outsourced Its the single source of truth to track employee in/out time, as well as performance and KRAs. Sf Sf is used by over 1000 users globally

the features of SAP SF SF are very comprehensive and all encompassing. Discovery of features is easy to do if trained well. How ever in my opinion the user interface can be improved slightly for a more modern look
other than that there is no feedback for the application by me or my team
Its a single source of truth for all employee info and policies. It has reduced the didcovery time for these things

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a comprehensive HR suite. It has all the modules an org would need for its employees Its well suitrf for all org, not limited to small or really big employee count companies. Fits all UI can be made more modern, but features are comprehensive and must haves
