Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors is necessary to maintain all confidential compensation documents. It has a very easy to understand UI to access all compensation statements and every employment related documents. Also the SAP learning is very helpful to access any upcoming assigned trainings as well as for upskilling as it contains a huge catalogue of courses

Pros

  • The user interface is very easy to understand
  • Timely notification updates on compensation details such as merit increase are delivered into the email with links to access the files as soon as there is an update made in the compensation

Cons

  • There are some UI menus and options which can be cleared for a regular user eg approvals menu is not needed for a user who does not have any direct reportees under them
  • Employee Documents can be accessed anytime by directly logging into SAP SuccessFactors
  • The integration of learning module into SAP SuccessFactors makes it easy to access the learnings to see the upcoming and overdue courses that are assigned to you
I like the user interface as it is very intuitive and is well integrated with the learning module and the compensation module is really well built and easy to use
