Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SuccessFactors was onboarded to address HR management issues, such as Performance Evaluation, EVP, payment runs discipline management etc

Pros

Cons

  • I only use SuccessFactors when assessing my staff
  • The system use is based on organisational requirements
  • I do not use the system very often
  • Improved Employee Experience
  • Improved Employee visibility to HR
  • Improvement on time to aseess performace
Though It has supported our business to make HR work more intuitive and easier there are some things that could be improved to make it a better fit of our organisation. It will be interesting to have a detailed discission with key members of the HR team to confirm what those improvements could be.

SuccessFactors is best suited for management of Human Resources and Employee Value Propositions for example Performance Management for example quarterly Employee performance assessments and Employee Benefits management and not so suitable for management of Accounts, taxes, Investments, loans, insurance, management accounts statutory accounts and so forth. It is great using SuccessFactors in conjunction with SAP Finance and Controlling for organisations.
