Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Talent Management: Performance Evaluations and Professional Development. Also the main entry point and single point for truth for Joiners-Movers-Leavers processes, including "HR Triggers"

  • Job profiles integration with all the rest: skills and knowledge, evaluations and career plans (professional development)
  • Saving time and therefore costs
  • Visibility to Managers and user experience for employees
Because it is one of the best or the best products in the market in this area.
Market salaries and comparison and reporting.
Managers reviews and conversations with employees being supported by AI.
As I said before it is market leader, it has very extensive functionality and it is the one that best integrates with other SAP landscape.

In general for a SAP landscape is a very good product for all HCM and specifically JML processes. For non-SAP users, it could be a good solution for Talent Management: Performance Evaluations and Professional Development, but it would be more expensive and with less value added in comparison to having all HR relevant processes covered with one single solution.
