  • In my opinion, the new benefit enrollment experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM has some bugs that need to be addressed
  • simplify hr business porcesses
I gave SAP SuccessFactors HCM this usability rating because, in my opinion, Some features are well developed while some have bugs and issues that still need to worked out.
AI could have an impact on both the candidates during recruiting and onboarding and also help the hiring managers and hr in the future.
