Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

In our organization, We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for our HRIC and payroll. We are looking to use other items as well.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Easy to navigate

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement because the Org charts and position org charts can feel confusing to us
  • Easier employee access
I gave SAP SuccessFactors HCM this usability rating because I like the search feature
I hope we will implement AI features. They are really needed for my org.
We still use Cornerstone for Learning, but in my experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM seems very equivalent
