Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Employee Central, LMS, Performance Management, Recruiting - Integration makes things more seamless. This has a better UI for employees and can integrate across modules for more fluid experience.

  • Not "hide" Inactive users
  • Employee data related to PM, Learning, Recruiting in one place
  • Ease of use for end users
  • Tracking workflow
  • Elimination of ticket management
There are lots of good things about the product, but from a support perspective, it has gone backwards to what was available in ECC. Ability to have complex reports is near impossible and is limited in who can even do this. Our experience has been that job syncs don't always process as expected, causing data issues and not able to identify root cause.

This is a great solution for companies that don't have the complexity that our company has. The ability for functional analysts to support this system is more cumbersome that what traditional ECC was.
