Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
SuccessFactors HCM is basically used to store all employee document such as compensation statements, designation update documents, merit increase documents and also stores historical reports for every year.It is also where the merit increase process is carried out where as a manger when you have employees reporting to you all the guidelines and rules for the merit increase of a employee can be configured including the merit increase percentage. It is also used as the platform for e-learning of new courses .
Pros
- It stores all historical records of emplyee documents such as compensation statements,merit increase letters which can be accessed at any time
- The e-learning module is where all the mandotory courses assigned on organisatioonal level can be viewed and completed and also has timely reminders for completing the course before the deadline
Cons
- I have noticed that the UI is slow to load up especially when trying to load the compensation worksheets maybe because there are many fields but it loads accurate data always and is just a bit slow
- SuccessFactors saves a lot of time in the merit increase process as the entire process is streamlined properly in SuccessFactors where the approval process of the merit increase is automated and there is no need to manually seek approval .
I havent used any AI capabilities in SAP SuccessFactors. I would like to see AI features where there is AI proposal against all the manually updated fields where the AI refer to global employee hikes data of simmilar industries and propose hikes based on market standard ,employee experience and role which can help greatly in decision making
