Easy to use. Great UI. SAP is constantly making improvements and updates. They also provide easy to access resources, KBAs, and support.

SF is great for employee data and workflows but like most systems there are limitations. The recruiting module is a bit weak especially if you're doing bulk hiring. To improve it involves integration with 3rd party vendors.
