Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SF is our system of record. We use it for workflows, recruiting, performance management, and compensation management.

Currently no intrgrations so I can't provide rating.
SAP team has a great community and portal for resources throughout the implementation process.

SF is great for employee data and workflows but like most systems there are limitations. The recruiting module is a bit weak especially if you're doing bulk hiring. To improve it involves integration with 3rd party vendors.
